At O'Donnell Moonshine, we strive for complete satisfaction with every jar. If your order arrives damaged or you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return unopened items within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to initiate the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unopened moonshine jars in their original shipping box with protective padding to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
